3. ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time for any reason. Orders are considered accepted only after payment is processed and confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Order cancellations or changes may not be possible once your order is confirmed. Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

4. PRICING AND BILLING
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. They do not include shipping, taxes, or duties unless otherwise stated.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the provided payment method.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Xi’an, China. Estimated delivery time to international destinations (e.g., the United States) is 7–20 business days. Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or carrier issues.
Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.
6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

A $10 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.

All content on the Services—including text, graphics, images, product names, and logos—is the property of OYSII or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without prior written consent.
